Trail Overview
FS9001e is an interesting trail, traversing from the forests of towering Ponderosa Pines to the grasslands and back again. There is a section with two major obstacles smack in the middle of this trail, the main one being a waterfall feature that requires a high-clearance vehicle with larger tires and/or a winch. In the forested and pasture sections there are small rock sections but nothing in comparison to the large rock feature. There is no cell service in this area, so offline maps are recommended.

Difficulty
This is an unmaintained trail with a main rock feature along the steep hill climb. This feature is a "waterfall" type rock feature with the potential to become exacerbated with more frequent use and water damage. Caution is urged.
