Trail Overview
First the good news: there are no obstacles on the Rocky Pasture trail. The vast expanse of the prairie in this area of the Prescott National Forest is absolutely beautiful. The bad news? This trail is rocky all the time. While you may not be bottoming out your Buick on this trail, you will be jostled for the majority of your journey on this track. You'll be surrounded by cows (you'll drive right through a corral and tank area), so caution is urged. Other than that, enjoy the surroundings, as the views of the mountains are gorgeous and peaceful.
