Trail Overview
Forest Service Road 6217 is an easy, fun off-road trail for beginners. Located near South Queens Highway, this route is easily accessible. The trail weaves through some gorgeous tall Michigan Pine trees and is very easy. Most of the trail is dirt and takes you through a beautiful forest. There are many other trails nearby to explore as well. Like most Michigan trails, conditions are dependent on the weather. Recent rainfall can cause mud/water holes that can get rutted out quickly. Most of this track is only wide enough for 1 vehicle. There are a few pull-off spots for passing, though. There are forest logging operations in this area, so please use caution.
