Trail Overview
This is the access cutover trail from a network of graded trails down to the Box Canyon access and the Hassayampa riverbed below. At the top is a very large area with plenty of dispersed camping spots. The trail down is steep, rocky, sandy, and silty. There is a nice grove of trees near the bottom. Plenty of sharp rocks may cause sidewall damage. At the time of recording, there was a small amount of water in the riverbed. Be aware of the monsoon season and storms in the area before entering the river bed. No cell coverage.
